In the event that a person is accused of violating professional conduct or having been registered in accordance with Section 19 of the Act, whether or not the allegation against a person has been verified by the Council in accordance with Rule 20, if such person has been suspended in accordance with Rule 17, such suspension shall be considered automatically terminated.
